As a child, Nouran lived in both Bahrain and Egypt. She came from a long line of prominent lawyers. Between 2006 and 2010, she attended Cairo University to major in mass communication and media studies.
Even as a little girl, she had a strong desire to become a journalist. Her career was substantially impacted by her experience at university.
